YAF Counseling program is designed to provide a supportive environment that will promote normal healthy development and enrich the lives of children, adolescents and their families so they can be successful at home, in school and in the community. We've provided more than 700 hours of free or reduced services.
Our food service program was established to ensure that low-income children receive nutritious meals when school is not in session. YAF free meals meet nutrition guidelines and are provided to all children 18 years old and under at two sites in the North County areas with significant concentration of low-income children. *In 2019 we were able to provide more than 10,100 meals.
With your participation we should be able to offer even more services moving forward!
If you’re looking forward to being a part of a competition that offers exhilarating dance performances, trusted and accommodating facilities, full of diversity and an electrifying atmosphere, then you’ve reached the right destination!
At Diversity in Dance we firmly believe equity, diversity, and inclusion in the arts is more than important, it is as critical as the art of dance! All of these components are required to provide a positive space for growth of an individual which is the overall objective. We want every dancer to leave a DID Competition having learned something new about themselves and the possibilities
that the wonderful world of dance can provide.
With adequate guidance from professional judges and exceptional support from our highly experienced staff, we know exactly how to put together a dance competition that will remain with you for years to come. Our dance competition allows performers to gain both personal as well as performance confidence, that will continue to support their individual growth and positive outlook on the art of dance.
To provide an inspiring environment within the dance community that celebrates the Diversity in and through Dance.
